地铁齿轮箱振动与噪声计算分析

摘    要:运用结构有限元法和声学有限元法,对地铁某型号齿轮箱振动与噪声问题进行计算分析。建立齿轮箱三维有限元模型,采用结构有限元法计算齿轮箱模态频率和振动响应。建立齿轮箱外声场三维有限元模型,导入齿轮箱振动响应结果作为声学边界条件,并采用无限有限元法计算了辐射声压级。

Abstract:The paper calculates and analyses the problem of vibration and noise of subway gear box with the combination of structural FEM and acoustic FEM. Modal frequency and vibration response of the gear box are computed by structural FEM with a 3-D FE model. Then acoustic radiative pressure level is computed with a 3-D FE acoustic-field model and bounary conditions imported from the result of vibration response by infinite FEM.
