电动汽车充电站谐波的抑制与消除

摘    要:对电动汽车充电站产生的谐波特点进行了分析,介绍了充电站运行及检修对谐波的影响,并结合Q/CSG11516.2—2010《电动汽车充电站及充电桩设计规范》,提出防范与治理谐波的技术措施,包括合理增大充电机的滤波电感值、增大整流装置的脉波数、由容量较大的系统供电、加装滤波装置等。实测数据分析表明,在电动汽车充电站采用12脉波整流并配置滤波器的方案治理谐波是可行的。

Abstract:The harmonic features in charging station of electric vehicle(EV) are analyzed,and the effect of charging station operation and maintenance on harmonic is described.Combined with Q/CSG 11516.2-2010,Specifications for Designing Charging Station and Charging Pile of Electric Vehicle,technical measures to prevent and control harmonic are presented,which include rationally increasing filter inductance of charger and pulse number of rectifier,supplying power by larger system and adding filters,etc.Measured data analysis shows that it is feasible to control harmonic by using 12-pulse rectifier with filter in EV charging station.
