摘    要:温度是仪器设计开发和工业控制中一个重要的被控参数,它影响着仪器和机械设备的性能及精度,实现对其精确和快速测量有重要意义。本文设计了一种高精度多路温度测量系统,以铂电阻Pt100为测温传感器、AT89C51为控制核心,运用新型高集成度的Σ-ΔADC MAX1402和智能显示驱动芯片ZLG7289A实现数据的采集和显示,通过转换开关实现温度的多路测量。实际使用结果表明该测温系统具有可靠性好、便于携带、测温精度高等优点。

Abstract:In the course of the instrumental design and technical control,temperature is an important controlled parameter which affects the performance and precision of instruments and machines. Thus,it is necessary to measure the temperature with high precision quickly. A high precision temperature measurement system is designed in this paper. This system uses the platinum resistance Pt100 as temperature sensor and chooses AT89C51 as the controlling core. In order to realize the data collection and display,the new highly integrated chip Σ-ΔADC MAX1402 and intelligent display driver ZLG7289A are adopted. Analog switch is to translate signals at multichannel,so many points' temperature can be measured at one time. The results indicate that this measurement system has the advantages of good reliability,high precision and good portability.
