| 摘 要： | 研制和应用结果表明，电弧炉＋电渣重熔工艺生产的轻型汽车扭杆弹簧用钢45CrNiMoVA高的纯洁度、淬透性、强度、冲击韧性和高的疲劳强度；扭杆弹簧扭转疲劳寿命达到100万次以上。

| Abstract: | The results of research, production and application showed that the steel 45CrNiMoVA for light automobile torsion rod spring producing by arc furnace electric slag remelting had high cleanliness, hardenability, strength, toughness and high fatigue strength. And the torsion fatigue life of the torsion rod spring was more than one million cycles. |
