| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了基于Client/Server模式的普通小区物业管理的体系结构,其系统的主要功能模块包括基本信息管理模块、收费管理模块、报表管理模块和系统管理模块等.系统数据库采用Microsoft SQL Server 6.5,客户端采用OLE DB和ADO技术访问数据库.此系统可用于对住宅小区的用户信息,水电气费、车位等各种资源数据进行统一管理.

| Abstract: | The system structure of building management based on client/server structure is introduced in detail in this paper. The main function models are information management model, charge management model, report management model and system management model. Microsoft SQL Server 6. 5 is adopted for DB, and client program uses OLE DB and ADO technique to access DB. This system can manage various data of building management system such as user information, water-electric-gas charge, parking space, etc. |
