机车车辆轴箱结构静强度与模态分析

摘    要:强度性能是评价机车车辆结构性能的主要依据之一,对于新设计的轴箱结构,必须确保其在运用载荷作用下具有足够的承载能力,保证其在使用期间内的安全性和可靠性;轴箱在进行轻量化设计后,整体刚度有所降低,振动加剧,模态分析有助于了解轴箱的振动特性。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对某型转向架轴箱进行了静强度和模态分析,为其综合强度性能评定提供依据。

Abstract:Strength performance is one of the main characteristics of rol ing stock structure. It is necessary to evaluate the strength performance of the newly designed axle box in order to ensure its safety and reliability in service. Through the modal analysis the vibration characteristics of the axle box is known about. Static strength and modal analysis are done by using ANSYS software in this paper.The basis is provided for evaluating its static strength and modal performance.
