车体尺寸和几何量检测系统设计

摘    要:为实现轨道车辆车体尺寸和几何量检测,提出一种基于激光测距的移动龙门式三坐标测量系统.在结构上,采用在龙门架上布置激光测距传感器阵列的形式,并利用高精度直线导轨实现龙门沿车体长度方向的直线运动,通过激光测距传感器阵列点位测量的方式实现整个车体的精确检测.针对车体的测量需求,建立测量系统的有限元模型,对关键部件进行静力学分析,确保机械结构的可靠性.

Abstract:To detect the rail vehicle body size and geometry quantity,this paper puts forward the gantry three coordinate measuring system based on laser ranging.It structurally uses the laser ranging sensor array assembled on the gantry and high precision linear guide to realize the linear motion of gantry.Through the point measurement of the laser ranging sensor array,the precise detection of the vehicle body can be achieved.According to the measurement requirement,finite element model of this measurement system is built to ensure the reliability of the physical construction.
