摘    要:为了保证勤务处理惯性敏感装置跌落时结构完好和安全,运用ADAMS软件仿真分析了某导弹惯性点火器中作为惯性敏感装置的弹簧-质量系统的跌落响应特性,得到了针对不同跌落目标时惯性弹簧受力曲线。惯性敏感装置跌向不同介质目标时,惯性体与其下方的座体平面仅有一次碰撞,且由该碰撞产生的释放钟表机构的窗口时间远小于钟表机构的解除保险时间,之后惯性体又在惯性簧的作用下复位,因此该惯性敏感装置设计是能够保证跌落安全和结构正确性的。

Abstract:To ensure the integrity and safely of the service handling ignition device,the impact response characteristics of the sensitive setback inertial ignition device are analysed and simulated by ADAMS software to obtain the inertia spring loading curves of different dropping targets.When sensitive setback inertial device drops on different targets, the inertia comes into col ision with the base plane of the body only one time, and the window time generated by the drop impact of releasing the clock is far less than clockwork’ s arming time, after the coasting body position return under the action of inertia spring,the sensitive setback inertial device is designed to guarantee drop safety and structure correctness.
