摘    要:结合X6325T万能摇臂铣床的切削试验和客户反馈问题,对主轴套筒和工作台横向、纵向进给安全离合器安全极限值进行了分析和计算。在端铣刀铣削时,调节主轴套筒安全离合器上弹簧的压力值,当切削力大于该压力时,安全离合器脱开;在圆柱铣刀铣削时,调节横向、纵向进给安全离合器上弹簧的压力值,当切削主分力大于该值时,安全离合器脱开,进给停止,确保操作者的安全。

Abstract:The artical analyzes and calculates the safety ultimate value of spindle quil and table cross,longitudinal clutches,combining the cutting test and customer feedback of radial mil ing machine X6325T. In the trimmer trimming,the spring pressure value on the safety clutch of the spindle socket is adjusted and when cutting pressure is higher than the pressure,the clutch is disengaged;in the cylindrical cutter trimming,the spring pressure value on the safety clutch of lateral and longitudinal feeder is adjusted,when the cutting force is greater than this value,the safety clutch is disengaged,and stopped to ensure the operator safety.
