全自动短应力线轧机清洗机系统的研发设计

根据目前钢铁厂家需求，设计了一种新型全自动轧机清洗的装置，该装置由运载工具将下线轧机载入装有高压喷头的封闭清洗间，清洗间设有轧机旋转机构，启动清洗系统从而对轧机进行全方位清洗。该清洗装置结构简单可靠，节能环保，其成功应用将对改善工人工作环境，提高轧机清洗质量等方面具有重要意义。

According to the demand of present steel factory,this paper introduces the design of a new automatic cleaning device of rol ing mil . Its vehicles are used to rol off the assembly lines to the cleaning chamber with high pressure spray cleaning mil load and the rotating mechanism, The cleaning system starts to ful y clean the rol ing mil . This device has an advantages of simple structure,reliable and consistent operation, energy conservation and environmental protection. The working environment for workers is improved greatly. It is of an important significance to improve the cleaning quality of the rol ing mil .
