摘    要:为了研究小型卫星立式对接测试平台的动力学特性,对测试平台和三爪式对接机构进行了动力学联合仿真,建立了接触瞬间滚转装置的动力学模型和试验系统坐标系,分析了接触点的作用力,采用质量动代换的方法对运动装置进行简化,建立了对接初始条件下滚转装置的动力学方程.依据Hertz弹性碰撞模型理论,利用ADAMS软件分别在正碰和斜碰状态下选取两组对接初始条件进行了动力学仿真.仿真结果表明:不同初始条件下的球关节运动学特性及受力状况是不同的,球关节质心处的受力随着初始角度的增大而变大,而且运动学特性也随之改变.

Abstract:In order to study dynamic characteristics of vertical dock test platform of small satellite,dynamics simulation of test platform and three-jaw dock mechanism is taken.The dynamic model of the roll device at the moment of contact and the coordinate system of the test platform are built.The force at the contact point is analyzed.The motion device is simplified by the quality dynamic-substitution theory.The kinetic equation of the roll device is established with dock initial conditions.Based on the elastic impact theory of Hertz,the dynamics simulations of test system are made by ADAMS in the two sets of the selected initial conditions at the states of the front impact and oblique impact respectively.The results show that the kinematic characteristic and force situation are not the same under different initial conditions.The forces at the center of mass for the spherical joint increase with the raise of the initial angle,and the kinematic characteristic changes with it.
