摘    要:以康明斯M11柴油机为研究对象,设计了一种实用的虚拟保养训练系统.通过综合建模方法对M11柴油机进行三维建模及材质编辑,导入到EON Studio虚拟软件中进行日常保养项目的虚拟训练设计,包括机油更换、发电机皮带张紧度检查以及冷却系统清洗等,并实现了柴油机漫游视角观察与结构原理展示.测试表明:该系统能够明确地指导参训人员进行柴油机日常保养项目的训练,具有良好的人机交互性与可操作性.

Abstract:This paper designs a practicall,virtual maintenance training system,taking Cummins M11 diesel engine as the research object.With integrated modeling methods,the 3D model of M1 1 is constructed,and the material is edited.Using the import function of EON Studio,the model is imported into the EON workspace,in which the daily maintenance projects like oil replacement,generator belt tension inspection and cooling system cleaning are programmed,and the multi-angle viewing with principle of structure could also be exhibited.Experiments show that the human-computer interaction and maneuverability are performed well in this system.The trainees are clearly instructed to grasp the related maintenance skills of the equipment and the work efficiency is raised.
