| 摘 要： | 以塑料旋桨塑件为研究对象,详细介绍旋桨塑料模具设计与制造。分析旋桨件结构特点,采用注射模工艺方法,设计4抽芯模的机构。并对模具设计与制造过程中一些关键问题加以详述。经生产验证,模具结构合理,塑件达到设计精度要求。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to introduce a method of designing and manufacturinginjection mold of plastic propeller. The characteristics of propeller structure are analyzed, a moldwith four pulling cores is designed based on the characteristics of propeller structure. Severalkey issues in the process of mold designing and manufacturing are presented and specified.Practical production shows that the structure of mold is reasonable, designed products meet theprecision requirements. |
