| 摘 要： | 将社会资本引入社区的空间规划设计中,基于社会资本视角来分析我国的社区建设和发展问题,提出通过物质层面的社区规划设计影响居民的心理感受和交往行为,提高社区中的社会资本,从而促进社区健康可持续的发展。

| Abstract: | In view of the introduction of social capital into community space planning and design the questions existed in community construction and development process in our country are analyzed from the viewpoint of social capital.Author points out the psychical feeling and communication behaviors of residents can be influenced by community planning and design in material aspect.The incensement of social capital can promote the health and sustainable development of community. |
