基于PLC的井下中深孔装药车控制系统设计

摘    要:以JYZ2×300型井下中深孔装药车为例,提出基于PLC和智能显示器的井下中深孔装药车控制系统,并介绍了系统的软硬件设计。利用该控制系统对设备安全性、设备状态监测和人机交互功能进行优化,能够提高装药车的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:Taking the case of model JYZ2×300 underground middle-long hole loading truck,a control system based on PLC and intelligent display for underground middle-long hole loading truck was put forward.In this paper,the software and hardware design of the control system are introduced.By optimizing the safety performance,condition monitoring and human-computer interaction with the control system,the safety and reliability of loading truck can be improved greatly.
