摘    要:重大安全事故预防是中小煤矿企业安全生产的中心环节。生产限额与重大安全事故存在着高度的相关性,安全生产限额预测是重大安全事故预防的重要策略。基于我国中小煤矿企业安全生产的经验数据,借助于线性概率模型,可以构建中小煤矿企业安全生产限额模型,从而为我国中小煤矿企业重大安全生产事故的预防提供可靠的决策支持。
