高效湿式除尘器研究

摘    要:针对湿式除尘器存在的主要问题,集多种湿式除尘机理于一体,成功研发了一种高效湿式除尘器,并对该除尘器的除尘效率与放水水位、进口流速、压力损失等因素间的关系进行了试验研究,结果表明:采用独特的双"W"型通道结构,显著增加含尘气体与水接触机率,当放水水位为70~90 mm、进口风速为13.5~14.5 m/s时,除尘效率达到99.5%以上;内部结构设计合理,运行压力损失仅为900~1100 Pa,较其它湿式除尘器的压力损失低,且允许处理风量在一定范围内波动;内衬防腐耐磨的无机材料,维护量小、且结构简单,占地面积小,有较好的推广应用前景。
