碱浸贫杂质铅锌矿的电解液深度净化研究

摘    要:针对贫杂铅锌矿碱浸工艺,重点分析了浸出液中杂质元素Pb、Al、As的深度净化。实验结果表明:在净化温度为70℃、净化时间为90 min、陈化时间为48 h的条件下,采用Na2S可除去浸出液中82.3%的Pb;浸出液体中加入1g/L的硫酸铁,在恒温90℃搅拌1 h的条件下,浸出液中As的去除率21.1%;浸出液中加入1.5 g/L的硅酸钠,恒温90℃搅拌1 h的条件下,浸出液中Al的去除率39.9%。

Abstract:The Purification of lean impurity elements Pb,Al and As in the electrolytic solution for alkaline leaching of lead-zinc ore was researched.The experimental results indicated that the 82.3% of impurity element Pb in the electrolytic solution could was removed by using Na2S at the optimum conditions of purifying temperature 70℃,purifying time 90 min,aging time 48 h;the 21.1% of impurity element As in the electrolytic solution could was removed by adding 1 g/L ferric sulfate under a constant temperature of 90℃ and mixing for one hour;the 39.9% of impurity element Al in the electrolytic solution could was removed by adding 1.5 g/L sodium silicate under a constant temperature of 90℃ and mixing for one hour.
