| 摘 要： | JPEG2000标准提供了一系列良好的性能。其中嵌入式感兴趣区域(ROI)编码是重要特点之一。对图像压缩和传输处理,总是希望自己所感兴趣的图像区域能够得到相对于背景(BG)区域更好的压缩效果,并且能够在传输过程中得到优先处理。为了降低JPEG2000编码复杂度,根据JPEG2000感兴趣域(ROI)编码的原理,依据ROI编码的特点及ROI与背景区域系数的关系,提出一种基于改进高频部分的最大位移方法,以达到优化ROI编码的目的。

| Abstract: | JPEG2000 standard provides a series of good performance.The ROI coding is one of the important features.Processing and transmission of compressed images always hope that their interests will be compared with images of regional Background(BG) regional better compression results,and can receive priority in the course of transmission.To reduce the JPEG2000 coding complexity,according to JPEG2000 ROI coding theory,based on the characteristics and ROI and ROI coding background of the regional factor,based on a proposed highfrequency part of the largest displacement improve methods.To optimize ROI coding purposes. |
