银基金刚石超细微粒复合镀层的制备及表征

摘    要:研究了电镀工艺对银基金刚石超细微粒复合镀层微结构的影响。研究结果表明,金刚石的粒径越小,浓度越高,越有利于复合共沉积。研究结果给出了一组优化工艺,与常规镀银工艺接近。

Abstract:The effect of electroplating process on the microstructure of Ag-diamond composite coating has been studied in this paper. Two important conclusions can be achieved by the experimental results. First, smaller powder dimension and higher powder content are useful to produce high quality Ag-diamond composite coating;Second, the optimum process has been obtained in this paper, which is similar to the usually Ag-electroplating process.
