| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the mobile communication technology and market, the mobile value-added service has been the main methods to attract more users and increase more operational income for the mobile operators. Starting with the conception and classification of the mobile value-added service, this article describes how the development of the communication technology impacts on it, and then investigates the development of the service. |
