高技术产业开发区凝聚经济效益模型

提出了高技术产业开发区凝聚经济效益的概念，研究了凝聚经济效益的内涵及形成机理。从凝聚优势、凝聚功能的分析，揭示了高技术产业开发区所具有的凝聚经济效应。建立了凝聚经济效益的计量模型，本文应用此模型可以评价高技术产业开发区的变化趋势和经营状况。应用此模型对三个典型高技术产业开发区凝聚经济效益进行了比较。

The Study on the Model of the "Agglomeration Effect" in High Technology Industry Zone

First, the authors study the conception of the "Agglomeration Effect", and then analyse the development of the "Agglomeration Effect" in high technology industry zone. On the basis of these work the authors formulate the model of the "Agglomeration Effect". This model is useful for policymakers to evaluate the developing tendency of the "Agglomeration Effect" in high technology industry zone. At the end of this article the authors apply the model to study the "Agglomeration Effect" of three high technology industry zones.
