变温低压渗碳新技术

摘    要:针对耐磨构件,尤其是齿轮等机械构件质量低和生产成本高的现状,为温低压渗碳新工艺。经过实验研究,表明变温低压渗碳技术比一般渗碳技术具有节能、渗速快、质量好、生产效率高和低环境污染等方面的优越性。并展望了同其他技术复合的前景。

Abstract:For the low guality and high cost of wear structural parts,especially gear wheel,the new technology of variable temperature and low pressure carborization is indicated.The results of the test show that the new process has the advantage of energy saving,high carburizing speed,good quatity,high efficiency,low pollution,and so on,compared with the general carborizations.This article looks forward to outlook of the new technology integrated with the others.
