| 摘 要： | 针对毛绒布和静电植绒辊的弊端,介绍了海绵橡胶清洁绒套的配方设计及工艺制作,对比说明该产品在制作工艺、使用效果、使用方法和清理方面明显优于毛绒布及静电植绒清洁辊,具有吸附力强,清洁作用好,易于清理及操作等特点,可降低成本,增加效益,值得推广和使用.

| Abstract: | As to the disadvantages of flanneled and static flocking top roller clearers,introduction is given to the sponge rubber top roller clearer regarding the formula and process manufacturing. Conclusion is made that the sponge rubber top roller clearer is superior over the above mentioned flanneled and static flocking top roller clearers in process, application effect, way of application and cleaning. It has excellent performance of absorbing and clearing, and easy access to cleaning, thus lowering cost of production and gaining profit. It is worthy of promotion. |
