5t越野集装箱叉车传动系统分析

摘    要:对5t越野集装箱叉车采用的静液压传动系统进行了分析研究,说明了行走静液压系统原理方法及在工程机械设计领域的使用现状,分析了行走传动设计采用静液压系统的必要性,给出了关键液压组件的参数匹配设计计算和校核的方法,对主要液压组件进行了匹配选型,对性能指标估算和计算数据进行了归纳整理,将理论计算结果和性能指标估算结果与实际检测结果进行了对比,验证了设计计算方法和性能指标估算方法的可行性,最后给出了计算分析结论.

Abstract:By analyzing and studying on the hydrostatic transmission system of a 5 t off-rod container fork-truck,the principles,methods and applications are first presented for the hydrostatic running system.Then,the necessity of applying hydrostatic system for running transmission design is analyzed.Afterwards,the design computation and calibration method is developed for parametric matching on enabling hydraulic components,whereas the major hydraulic components are used for matching option selection.Subsequently,the performance criterion assessment and computational data are induced and organized.By comparing the theoretical computation and performance criterion assessment results with actual measurement results,the feasibility of design computation and performance criterion assessment method is consequently verified.Finally,the computational analysis conclusions are drawn.
