电动汽车用DC/DC变换器的电磁干扰分析和电磁兼容设计

摘    要:燃料电池的输出特性偏软,难以直接与电动机驱动器匹配,故必须采用DC/DC变换器改善其输出特性,该变换器所处的电磁环境十分复杂,产生电磁干扰的因素多,良好的电磁兼容设计是装配和可靠运行的关键.本文分析了由降压型主电路构成的燃料电池电动汽车用DC/DC变换器所处的电磁环境和电磁干扰因素,讨论了燃料电池电动汽车用DC/DC变换器在电磁兼容设计中所采用的主要抗干扰措施.

Abstract:It is difficult for fuel cell with weak output characteristic to match with motor driver, adopting DC/DC converter to improve its output characteristic is necessary, the converter is in complex electromagnetic environment and affected by many interference factors, so, the key of assembly and reliable operation is the design of electromagnetic compatibility well. In this paper, the electromagnetic environment and electromagnetic interference factors affecting DC/DC converter used for electric vehicle fuel cell in step-down main circuit were analyzed, the main antijamming design measures for above factors were discussed also.
