HA/Mg生物复合材料的制备及其腐蚀特性

摘    要:以纯镁为基体,以化学沉淀法制备的针状羟基磷灰石(HA)粉体为增强体,采用粉末冶金工艺制备了不同HA含量的HAp/Mg复合材料。对所制备复合材料的组织、物相以及在模拟体液(simulated body fluid,简称SBF)中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明:HA在烧结过程中与镁基体没有发生明显反应:HA对HA/Mg复合材料的密度、硬度及强度产生了不同程度的影响;同时HA加入可以提高复合材料在模拟体液中的抗腐蚀能力和抑制模拟体液的pH值增加,通过调整HA的体积分数可以调控复合材料的力学性能和腐蚀速率。

Abstract:Pure magnesium was taken as matrix and needle-like hydroxyapatite(HA) crystals prepared by a wet chemical precipitation was taken as reinforcement, pure magnesium matrix biocomposites with different HA contents were successfully fabricated by means of powder metallurgy method. The microstructures, formation phases and corrosion behavior in simulated body fluid(SBF) were studied in this paper.
