| Abstract: | Based on summarizing current status and effectiveness of water resources informatization and analysis of problems and causes in Dezhou city, the article carries through an in-depth thinking of speeding up the construction of water resources informatization in the city. It presents work proposal of＆quot;3456＆quot;, namely the＆quot;three unification＆quot;to stake in the ground,＆quot;big four system＆quot;to stress the key point,＆quot;five enhanced＆quot;to guarantee development, and＆quot;six deepening＆quot;to achieve the goals. |
