基于运动控制卡电火花成形机床数控系统研究

摘    要:对基于运动控制卡的电火花成形机床数控系统进行了研究,简单介绍了该数控系统的硬件组成和放电间隙状态监测的实现方法,以Windows操作系统为数控系统的软件开发平台,运用LabWindows/CVI开发了基于运动控制卡的电火花成形机床数控系统,具有较强的可操作性和实用性.

Abstract:The NC system of EDM was built on the motion control card has been studied.The basic principle of the EDM is briefly introduced.The System's Hardware Composes and realize method of the spark gap condition monitor have been introduced in this article.Take Windows operating system as numerical control system's software development platform.Use LabWindows/CVI empolder the numerical control system of EDM based on the motion control card.The NC system has strong feasibility and usability.
