摘    要:以硫酸盐为原料,按n(Fe2 + )∶n(NaOH)∶n(NaHCO3) =1∶1 .8∶2.0 添加NaOH 和NaHCO3 ,制备出晶粒细小的碱式碳酸盐前驱体,干燥后在500℃通气焙烧1h,分别制备出ZnFe2 O4 、NiFe2 O4和CoFe2 O4 纳米材料,经XRD和TEM检测,粒径为40~50nm ,粒度均匀

Abstract:Ferrite(ZnFe 2O 4、NiFe 2O 4 and CoFe 2O 4) nanocrystalline materials are prepared by roasting basic carbonate precursor synthesized with very fine crystalline grain by using FeSO 4·7H 2O and MSO 4·7H 2O(M=Zn 2+ 、Ni 2+ 、Co 2+ ). The microstructure was determined by XRD and TEM analysis. The results show the diameter of the nano-particles is 40~50nm,when the precursor was roasted at 500℃ for 1h.
