摘    要:通过对异形喷丝板的选择以及对干燥、纺丝及拉伸等工艺条件的研究,指出了影响有光三角异形纤维纺丝成形及成品指标的技术关键,尤其对其粗旦、有光、异形三特点合一所带来的工艺控制难点进行了分析,全面阐述了工业化生产纺织用异形涤纶短纤维的工艺过程,并对其纤维性能进行了介绍。

Abstract:With analysis for the process condition of 2.22dtex bright triangular profiled polyester fiber, the technical keys to produce this kind of fibre, such as drying, spinning, and drawing are discussed. The whole article focuses on technical difficulties arose from its combined characteristics of high denier, bright and profiled and introduces special performances of this unique staple.
