摘    要:陶瓷材料对裂纹的敏感性极大地限制了其使用范围,裂纹愈合处理可以恢复材料强度,提高可靠性,延长使用寿命。综述了Al_2O_3基结构陶瓷材料裂纹自愈合研究进展,对Al_2O_3基陶瓷材料裂纹愈合机理,裂纹愈合效果的影响因素,以及裂纹愈合后材料的相关性能变化进行了系统地总结与分析,并对Al_2O_3基结构陶瓷材料裂纹愈合领域急待解决的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:Ceramic materials fail to reach their full potential because of their sensitivity to cracks. Crack healing can result in a partial or complete recovery of the strength of the specimens with cracks, improve the reliability and prolong the lifetime of ceramic members. The crack healing mechanism, the influence factors of healing and the related changes of properties of crack- healed ceramics were reviewed in this paper. The problems needed to be overcome were also discussed.
