三旋单管防返混技术研究

摘    要:返混是影响第三级旋风分离器分离效率的主要因素之一.三旋单管在排尘口存在返混现象的根本原因是旋风分离单管内部存在的强旋涡从排尘口深入到灰斗(集尘器)内,并在排尘口中心位置形成低压区.该旋涡把排尘口和灰斗中的粉尘重新旋起,使之随气流由排尘口中心的低压区再次进入单管内部,造成分离效率下降.在VAS型的三旋分离单管排尘口处加装止旋器制止出口处的旋涡,消除低压区,从根本上解决返混问题.理论分析及实验表明该方法完全能够达到预期目的.

Abstract:Fine particle entrainment (FPE) is one of the most important factors to reduce the particle collection efficiency of the 3rd stage cyclone separator.A strong vortex which is produced in the cyclone tube can enter the dust hopper through the dust discharge. In the center of the dust discharge, the vortex can make a low pressure area which is the very factor to cause FPE. Using swirl reducing stator (SRS) is a new technology used at the dust discharge of VAS type of cyclone tube to solve the FPE. The SRS which can reduce swirl and the low pressure area is comprised of a group of stator blades and a center body. Theoretical analysis and experiments prove that SRS can promote the particle collection efficiency of the cyclone separator.
