大力加强研究生教育努力培养高素质人才

当前，国际经济竞争越来越明显地表现为人才的竞争，研究生教育已逐渐成为国际社会高度关注的一个焦点，我国我省均已顺应时变，加大了人才培养工作力度，积极发展研究生教育。而发展研究生教育的根本问题在于抓好学科建设，其中包括：加强学科梯队建设；抓好科学研究工作；大力培育学科特色第三个方面。其次，要营造良好的育人环境，包括加大力度，改善研究生教育的基本条件；推行素质教育，努力提高研究生培养质量；加强学风建设，促进研究生健康成长等措施。

Strengthen Graduate Education Cultivate the High Quality of Talent

Now,international economic competition obviously,have become a social focus of international society for the competitive graduate educations of talent.Our country and province have complied with changes and increased talent training working intensity actively to develop the graduate education.And the basic problem of the graduate education lies in grabing subject construction,in which include:strengthen discipline echelon construction;grab scientific research work;cultivate the discipline characteristic vigorously.etc.Secondly construct good educational environment,including improving the basic condition of the graduate education more strongly;carring out education for all-around development with great efforts by raising the training quality of graduate students;reinforcing style of study ,promoting the health of graduate students.
