摘    要:对目前EDTA铁铵生产工艺进行了改进,使之能更为广泛地应用于农业生产.介绍用Fe(NO3)3、NH4HCO3为原料生产EDTA铁铵的反应原理、实验流程、步骤、最佳工艺控制条件和取得的重要技术指标(Fe收率>78%).用该法生产的EDTA铁铵产品铁含量高(>13.5%),可溶性好,易于混配,用于高级特种复合肥的混配和包覆实验,效果良好.

Abstract:The process of ferric ammonium EDTA production is improved for the agricultural application. The reactive mechanism, technological flow, procedure, optimum parameters and main technological indexes (Fe recovery>78%) are described. The final product of ferric ammonium EDTA is obtained with high Fe content (13.5%), good solubility and simple mixture. The experiment shows a positive effect for mixing the specialty compound fertilizer and coating.
