摘    要:通过改善入烧料条件、提高设备控制和利用水平、采用先进成熟烧结工艺技术和加强生产管理等措施,烧结工序能耗由65.85kg/t下降到62.12k/t,降幅5.66%。比全国重点钢铁企业烧结工序能耗(67.0kg/t)低4.88kg/t。在降低烧结工序能耗方面取得了一定的经验和成绩。在能源供应又趋“瓶颈”的形势下,对相近烧结面积的中小型钢铁企业具有借鉴作用。

Abstract:By improving the quality of feeding materials,control and availability of sintering machine,adopting advanced sintering technology and management,the energy consumption of sintering was reduced from 65.85 kg/t to 62.12 kg/t with a reduction rate of 5.66%. Comparing with the average consumption of 67.00 kg/t at domestic key metallurgical interprises,this figure is 4.88 kg/t lower. As the energy supply is in shortage,the experience and achievement obtained is be a valuable reference to the interprises with similar sintering machines.
