摘    要:介绍以Sonic BondMaster为代表的复合材料及其结构不连续(缺陷)的新型综合无损检测技术,利用这一新技术制成的仪器综合检测性能强,检测结构范围广,检测重复精度高,现场适用性好,仪器用振动分析方法得到不连续的存在引起阻尼的增加与共振频率的降低,实践证明,空隙型不连续用周边被刚性夹持的振动板波模态表示相当精确。

Abstract:A comprehensive nondestructive testing technology for composites and their components is described. Sonic BondMaster for detecting disbond, unbond, delamination, crushed core and other discontinuities (defects) in composite materials can be applied in manufacturing, maintenance and repair of composites and their structures with good repeatability and reliability. The resonant frequency was found to decrease while system damping increased as the center of the discontinuity was approached. The discontinuities were accurately represented by a model for a vibrating plate which was rigidly clamped at its edges.
