中原油田气举井油套管腐蚀原因分析

摘    要:采用X射线衍射分析、电子探针显微分析和硫酸盐还原菌分析检测,对中原油田气举井文13-127井套管及文13-257井油管管材、腐蚀产物和两口井的水质进行了检测分析并做了窝蚀试验。结果表明,中厚油田气举井产出水高矿比度及含CO2是发生瘸蚀的主要原因;油管螺纹处存在缝隙、套管钢材中夹杂物的局部分布及流体冲刷是加剧油套管局部腐蚀穿孔的另一原因。采取涂防腐螺纹油和在油井环空投加缓蚀剂已见到明显防腐效果。

Abstract:The corrosion of tubings and casings in the gas-lift wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield is detected and analyzed. And corrosion test is made. The test and analysis shows that, the main reasons of tubing and casing corrosion lie in the produced water having high salinity and containing C02 while the gaps in tubing threads, the local distribution of impurities in casing steel material and the fluid scouring are the other reasons for local corrosion and perforation of tubings and casings. Coating corrosion-proof thread compound and adding corrosion inhibitors in the annulus have achieved obvious anti-corrosion effect.
