摘    要:以钢厂34 t板坯连铸中间包为研究对象,依据几何相似原理,建立1:3的水力学实验模型,按照L16(45)正交表进行试验。结果表明,四因素的主次关系依次是气盒与堰间距、堰深、吹气量、堰与长水口间距;在最佳参数为吹气量450 L/h、堰深110 mm、气盒与堰间距235 mm和堰与长水口间距195 mm时,平均停留时间达到360 s,死区体积比例降低到11.47%,活塞区体积比例提高到21.95%,综合评分达到100.48。
