共混沥青制备中间相炭微球的研究

摘    要:在一种普通煤焦油沥青中,加入几乎不含喹啉不溶物(QI)的一种新型沥青,作为共混沥青。利用普通煤焦油沥青和共混沥青,分别经分离制备得到炭微球。利用反射偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪等表征手段进行分析,发现用共混沥青制备得到的中间相炭微球(MCMBs)为复杂的未定义结构,球形度好,表面较光滑,整体粒径分布更加均一。

Abstract:Common coal tar pitch,mixed with a novel quinoline insoluble(QI) free pitch,is employed as the raw material for mesocarbon microbeads(MCMBs).MCMBs are prepared from the common and the blended pitch,respectively.The products are analyzed by polarizing microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and laser particle sizer.It was found that the MCMBs prepared from the blended pitch have narrower size distribution,and different surface morphology from the coal tar pitch.
