真空感应炉坩埚材质对镍基合金Inconel 690氧硫含量的影响

摘    要:研究和分析了200 kg和500 kg真空感应炉镁质(/%:97.60MgO、1.34CaO)、钙质(/%:98.70CaO、0.55MgO)和铝镁质(/%:85.57Al2O3、11.36MgO、2.47CaO)坩埚对所熔炼的Inconel 690镍基合金(/%:0.01~0.03C、27.0~31.0Cr、7.0~11.0Fe)中氧、硫含量的影响。结果表明,铝镁质坩埚冶炼的合金中氧含量最低,为(10~15)×10-6O]和(50~60)×10-6S];CaO坩埚冶炼的合金中硫含量最低,为10×10-6S]和(27~48)×10-6O];MgO坩埚冶炼的合金中氧、硫含量较高,为(50~60)×10-6S]和(24~35)×10-6O]。

Abstract:The effect of magnesium oxide(/%:97.60MgO,1.34CaO),Calcium Oxide(/%:98.70CaO, 0.55MgO) and alumina-magnesium oxide(/%:85.57Al2O3,11.36MgO,2.47CaO) crucible of 200 kg and 500 kg vacuum induction furnace on oxygen and sulfur content in melted nickel base alloy Inconel 690(/%:0.01~0.03C,27.0~31.0Cr,7.0~11.0Fe) has been studied and analyzed.Results show that the oxygen content in alloy melted with aluminamagnesium oxide crucible is lowest i.e.(10~15 )×10-6O]with(50~60)×10-6S];the sulfur content in alloy melted with calcium oxide crucible is lowest i.e.10×10-6S]with(27~48 )×10-6O].the sulfur content and oxygen content in alloy melted with magnesium oxide crucible are higher i.e.(50~60)×10-6S]and(24~35)×10-6O].
