Al-Si活塞挤压铸造工艺研究

摘    要:从铸件毛坯图与模具的设计入手,研究了190型Al-Si活塞的挤压铸造工艺。结果表明,190型Al-Si活塞挤压铸造合适的加压压力为71.3~79.2MPa,加压开始时间不超过60s,加压速度为0.004~0.006m/s,保压时间为110~130s。另外,对模具的预热、涂料、浇注与扒渣等工艺及铸造质量进行了分析。

Abstract:Based on blanking drawing of piston and design of mould,squeezing casting 190 type Al-Si piston was conducted.The rational processing parameters for squeezing casting 190 type Al-Si alloy piston are as follows:pressure of 71.3~79.2 MPa,pressure time less than 60 s,pressure velocity of 0.004~0.006 m/s,and holding pressure time of 110~130 s.In addition,the pre-heating of mould,coating and pouring as well as slag removal were described.
