| Abstract: | Facing increasingly serious shortage of workers in foundry enterprise,the formation,features,distribution of shortage of worker were analyzed from micro-and macro aspects.Based on human resource management theory,typical samples and employment misunderstanding existed in some enterprises were approached.Finally,some constructive suggestions and measures were presented. |
