| 摘 要： | 针对在用砂泵普遍存在轴封泄露和盘根磨损快的缺点，提出了一种新型砂泵密封方式，即组合密封。它是在衬套和填料箱内分别安装辅助叶片和柔性石墨盘根，共同完成砂泵在动、静2种状态时的密封。现场试验证明，组合密封具有性能可靠、使用寿命长、维修方便等优点。

| Abstract: | In the light of the problems with axial seal leak and packing rapid wear,a new seal structure named composite seal is designed. It is composed of packing seal and centrifugal seal. The aid vane and soft graphite packing are set in sleeve and packing box. The two seals are efficient on slack and rotate. They are supplement each other.Field test shows that,this seal structure is characterized by reliable property,long service life and maintain convenience. |
