国家电网31个重点城市无功规划汇总评价

摘    要:在汇总国家电网公司31个重点城市电网无功规划方案的基础上,综合评价了十一五末重点城市电网无功补偿配置方案的合理性和经济性,得出结论:重点城市十一五无功规划采用了先进的规划工具和规划方法,得到的无功规划推荐方案比原方案具有更好的技术经济性;2010年各重点城市电网在大、小负荷正常方式以及N?1方式下都能够满足电压的运行要求;大部分重点城市通过合理配置无功补偿设备,能够在一定程度上降低网络损耗。展望了无功电压控制新技术的应用可行性,包括静止无功补偿器(SVC)、静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)、晶闸管控制电抗器(TCR)、兼具无功补偿和滤波功能的晶闸管开关滤波器、低压动态无功补偿设备、馈线自动调压器的应用情况。
