摘    要:针对目前监视控制和数据采集(supervision control and data acquisition,SCADA)系统和广域测量系统(wide-area measurement system,WAMS)量测数据的特点,提出了一种计及相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)的量测量变换状态估计。文中利用量测量变换方法,将SCADA和WAMS下的各类量测转化为等效电压量测,经简化处理得到了常实数信息矩阵,实现了节点电压实部、虚部的解耦计China(NSFC)(50177066).算。该算法具有计算速度快的特点,克服了传统量测量变换状态估计只能处理单一支路功率量测的弊端。IEEE30节点系统算例验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:According to the features of measured data acquired from current supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and wide-area measurement system (WAMS) respectively,a state estimaiton on measured quantity transformation in which the phasor measurement unit (PMU) is taken into account is proposed.
