| 摘 要： | 结合重庆及其周边电网实际特点,对重庆电网各种节能减排措施进行可行性分析,提出采用基于年度差别电量计划的发电调度模式,同时开展多种市场交易模式,建议继续开展关停小火电机组发电量指标转让交易以加快关停小火电机组;扩大交易范围,利用市场调节机制促进小火电逐步减少发电。文章研究设计了重庆电网节能减排协调机制,并用重庆案例分析验证了所提出的协调机制的有效性。
