摘    要:实际电网编制月度电能交易计划采用的平均分解方式,虽然简便易行,但考虑的因素不够全面。文章提出一种基于综合成本的加权系数法。该方法首先根据已过月份年合同电量执行情况及后续月份发电单元检修与系统负荷分布情况,对计划月份进行年合同电量月分解值的滚动修正;其次根据发电公司、电网公司和社会环境等因素形成的综合成本指标,考虑年合同电量月滚动修正值和负荷率范围,求得不同发电单元分配系统月度电量的权重系数,从而制定各发电单元的月度电能交易计划。计划结果既满足发电单元月发电总量约束,又兼顾了当月检修与负荷分布情况,同时适当降低了系统的综合成本。算例分析结果表明了该方法的合理性和有效性。
