| 摘 要： | 研究了用卡尔曼滤波分光光度法，以４，５－二溴苯基萤光酮－ＣＴＭＡＢ体系同时测定Ｖ（Ⅳ）和Ｉｎ（Ⅲ）的方法。本法保持了试剂的高灵敏度，克服了二种组分间的相互干扰，简化了测定步骤，测定的相对误差小于８％。
