| 摘 要： | 介绍了便携式多用途涉渡救援器材的设计参数、工作原理、结构与系统组成、多用途功能及其自主创新的研制过程。结果表明，该救援器材是一种似船非船、似桥非桥，而其又具有船、桥功能的独特的救援器材，非常适合于自然灾害和战时应用：当水上固定交通设施遭到破坏，能够快速构建应急通道；也可以作为冰面、沼泽地、泥石流等环境下的救援器材。并具有结构科学、功能独特、携带轻便、造价低廉等显著特点，是一种创新的救援器材。 |
